Membership dues keep the pool running — but it’s community generosity that makes the Bryn Athyn Swim Club truly special. Here are a few meaningful ways to support your neighbors and the club beyond a standard membership.
Scholarship memberships
We believe every family in our community deserves a place to swim, cool off, and connect — regardless of financial circumstances. Through our scholarship membership program, donors can sponsor a full or partial membership for a local family who might not otherwise be able to afford to join.
Scholarship memberships are awarded confidentially and with dignity. Recipient families apply through a simple, private process, and your gift goes directly toward their season pass — giving kids a safe place to spend their summer and helping neighbors feel truly part of the community.
You can sponsor a single membership or contribute to a shared scholarship fund that supports multiple families each season.

Club wishlist
Small donations of equipment and supplies make a big difference in how smoothly and safely our club operates. Below is a list of items we currently need. Donations can be dropped off at the pool office or coordinated in advance — just reach out before you shop.
- Shallow/deep end lane divider – A rope and float divider to safely separate the shallow and deep ends of the pool during open swim.
- Lifeguard equipment – Rescue tubes, reaching poles, first aid supplies, and other safety gear to keep our guards ready.
- Trash cans – Durable outdoor trash and recycling cans for the pool deck and entrance areas.
- Lost & found chest – A sturdy bin or chest where members can store and retrieve lost items throughout the season.
- File cabinet – A locking file cabinet for the pool office to organize member records and administrative paperwork.
