Club Wishlist

Small donations of equipment and supplies make a big difference in how smoothly and safely our club operates. Below is a list of items we currently need. Donations can be dropped off at the pool office or coordinated in advance — just reach out before you shop.

  • Shallow/deep end lane divider – A rope and float divider to safely separate the shallow and deep ends of the pool during open swim.
  • Lifeguard equipment – Rescue tubes, reaching poles, first aid supplies, and other safety gear to keep our guards ready.
  • Trash cans – Durable outdoor trash and recycling cans for the pool deck and entrance areas.
  • Lost & found chest – A sturdy bin or chest where members can store and retrieve lost items throughout the season.
  • Other Multi-use Weather Safe Storage Bins
  • File cabinet – A locking file cabinet for the pool office to organize member records and administrative paperwork.
  • An office safe
Have something not on this list? We’re grateful for all kinds of support. Reach out and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can use.

Code of Conduct Agreement

(children out of 5th grade – 17 years)

We take pool safety seriously. Last year, we had instances of behavior problems at the pool with pre-teens and teens, primarily ignoring lifeguards’ requests, language, trash, and bullying. The managers and lifeguards are there to keep a safe and orderly environment; to do that, they need everyone’s cooperation. To make sure that children who are eligible to come to the pool alone know the rules and the consequences if rules are not followed, we are requiring the following for all children who are eligible to come to the pool alone (completed 5th grade in June through age 17):

  • Children completing 5th grade in June must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for one week before being allowed to come to the pool alone.
  • Children completing 5th grade in June must pass their white tag test prior to coming alone.
  • All children completing 5th grade through age 17 and a parent must sign the Code of Conduct Agreement prior to being able to come to the pool alone. Once the signed agreement is received, the membership card at the guard house will reflect the receipt of the signed copy. Without this form being signed, the eligible child cannot attend the pool without a parent.

Prior to the pool opening, this form can be downloaded, signed, and emailed back to [email protected] on opening day and after, the form can be brought to the pool.
