Looking for the perfect spot for a birthday party, team celebration, camp outing, or summer get-together? Rent the pool! After regular club hours, the Bryn Athyn Swim Club becomes your private venue — splash around, fire up the grills, and make a day (or evening) of it. Lifeguards included, stress not included.

Want snacks without the hassle? For an additional $25/hour, we’ll open and staff the snack bar (sales on a cash basis). Groups handle their own setup and cleanup.
Pricing
Event rentals take place outside of normal membership hours. Rates are charged per hour and depend on your group size and membership status.

During regular hours, the club can accommodate parties with no more than 15 non-member guests at the regular guest rates. Camp and school events are available after club hours only.
Good to Know
- Renters must be 21 or older.
- All events end by 10:00 PM — including cleanup.
- Payment in full reserves your date. No reservation is confirmed until paid.
- Cancellations: More than one week out, full refund less a $25 fee. Less than 48 hours before, no refund.
- Cleanup: All trash in the cans, all belongings collected. A $100 cleaning fee applies if the grounds aren’t left tidy.
- Chaperones for camps/schools: At least one chaperone per ten children, for the full event.
- No alcohol and no smoking anywhere on the grounds.
- Weather: We’ll always try to honor your date, but may need to reschedule or cancel for weather. We’re happy to reschedule or refund in that case.
- All guests agree to follow club rules and work with our lifeguards to keep things safe and fun.
